Every player begins at Level 1 – White
Regardless of experience, age, or background, all athletes enter at the White Level.
This ensures a consistent foundation, shared standards, and a unified starting point for all players.
No skipping levels — progress is earned
CLUBHOOPS does not allow athletes to skip levels.
Each stage of the pathway builds on the one before it, and advancement requires mastery—not speed, age, or external reputation. This approach reinforces responsibility, preparation, perseverance, and pride in earned achievement.
Faster advancement is possible — but only through mastery
Some athletes may progress faster than others, but advancement is never automatic.
Players move forward only when they demonstrate a deep understanding and competency in the required skills. This keeps development individualized, fair, and focused on long‑term growth rather than comparison.
