Club Policies
Classes
Classes include: CLUBHOOPS Rookies™, CLUBHOOPS Starters™, CLUBHOOPS Rise™, CLUBHOOPS Next™, CLUBHOOPS Premier™, CLUBHOOPS Select™, CLUBHOOPS Elite™
All Classes require a seasonal commitment of three (3) months.
All Class participants are billed monthly throughout the season.
• No refunds or credits are issued for cancellation of Classes.
• If a participant chooses to discontinue participation before the end of the season, they remain responsible for all remaining payments for that season.
Clinics
Clinics are billed as a one‑time payment at the time of registration.
• All Clinic purchases are non‑refundable.
• No credit, refund, or transfer will be issued for missed or canceled Clinic sessions for any reason.
CLUBHOOPS One™ – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness, schedule integrity, and high‑quality training for all athletes, CLUBHOOPS One™ follows the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined below:
24‑Hour Cancellation Requirement
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a completed session and are non‑refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Athletes may reschedule a session one time with 24‑hour notice, based on trainer availability.
• Same‑day reschedule requests are treated as cancellations.
No‑Show Policy
If an athlete does not attend a scheduled session and no notice is provided, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Trainer Cancellations
If CLUBHOOPS cancels a session for any reason, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost or credited back to the athlete’s package.
Package Expiration
Training packages must be completed within the following timeframes:
• 4‑session package: 30 days
• 8‑session package: 45 days
• 12‑session package: 60 days
Extensions may be granted for documented injuries or emergencies.
Refund Policy
Training packages are non‑refundable once the first session is completed.
• Unused sessions may be transferred to another athlete upon request within the Package Expiration timeframes.
CLUBHOOPS Payment Policy
CLUBHOOPS is committed to providing high‑quality basketball instruction and training programs. To ensure smooth operations and consistent service, all participants are required to comply with the payment terms outlined in this policy.
Monthly Billing for Classes:
• All recurring CLUBHOOPS classes are billed monthly.
• Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
• Monthly fees cover the scheduled class sessions for that month.
One‑Time Billing for Clinics:
• All CLUBHOOPS clinics are billed as one‑time payments at the time of registration.
• A player’s spot in a clinic is not secured until full payment has been received.
Late Payments and Past Due Balances:
• Any account with an unpaid balance past the due date will be considered past due.
• Players with past due balances will not be permitted to attend class sessions or clinics until all outstanding payments have been resolved.
• CLUBHOOPS reserves the right to suspend participation immediately upon identifying a past due balance.
• If an account remains unpaid for an extended period (e.g., 30 days), additional administrative fees or removal from the program may apply.
CLUBHOOPS does not offer make up sessions, refunds or credits for missed classes.
CLUBHOOPS reserves the right to modify program schedules, locations, and coaching assignments. In the rare event that a full program is canceled by CLUBHOOPS, applicable refunds or credits may be provided at CLUBHOOPS’ discretion.
Sideline coaching is not permitted. Any parent or guarding attempting to provide coaching or instruction from the seating area will be asked to leave the facility.
No outside equipment is permitted inside CLUBHOOPS. All equipment needed for classes and clinics will be provided by CLUBHOOPS.
CLUBHOOPS is not responsible for lost personal items.
To uphold the mission of CLUBHOOPS—developing skilled, confident young athletes through high‑quality instruction, positive competition, and respect for the game—this Code of Conduct outlines the standards expected of every player. These principles ensure that skill development, sportsmanship, effort, and mutual respect guide every CLUBHOOPS session, practice, and game.
Player Responsibilities
Each CLUBHOOPS athlete is expected to carry themselves as a respectful young leader, committed to learning, improving, and representing the program with character. To meet these expectations, every player agrees to:
1. Learn the Game and Play It the Right Way
• Know, understand, and follow CLUBHOOPS rules and basketball fundamentals as taught by our coaches.
• Compete with effort, discipline, and a focus on improvement—not shortcuts.
2. Respect Your Coaches and Trainers
• Listen to instruction, accept coaching, and follow direction with a positive attitude.
• Refrain from arguing with or commenting on coaching decisions.
• Only designated team leaders may speak to coaches during play, and always respectfully.
3. Maintain Emotional Control
• Demonstrate maturity: no abusive language, trash talk, profanity, eye‑rolling, taunting, or disrespectful gestures.
• Physical or verbal aggression toward another player is never acceptable.
• Handle mistakes, frustration, and adversity with composure.
4. Show Respect for Opponents
• Compete hard but clean.
• After games, demonstrate sportsmanship—shake hands, give credit, be gracious.
• Show humility in victory and resilience in defeat.
5. Take Care of Facilities and Equipment
• Follow all CLUBHOOPS building rules and respect all property.
• Use baskets only when instructed—no shooting during timeouts or during another game’s intermission.
• Keep the gym, restrooms, and common areas clean.
6. Represent the CLUBHOOPS Standard
• Understand that your behavior reflects on your team, family, and the CLUBHOOPS brand.
• Uphold the values of effort, teamwork, discipline, respect, and continual skill development at all times.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, encouraging environment.
• No outside food or drinks
• No folding chairs
• No coolers
• No foul language
• No cleats
• No Spitting
• No chewing gum
• No alcohol or tobacco products
• Players are not allowed to wear jewelry during games
• Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated
CLUBHOOPS, LLC will not tolerate the abuse/molestation of any minor participant in an CLUBHOOPS activity by any individual who volunteers or performs work on behalf of CLUBHOOPS.
Neither consent of the participant to the contact, mistake as to the participant’s age, nor the fact the contact did not take place at a CLUBHOOPS function are defenses to a violation of this CLUBHOOPS policy.
In determining whether this policy has been violated, CLUBHOOPS will make decisions based on the safety of minor participants. Therefore, any alleged perpetrator will be prohibited from volunteering until an investigation can be conducted. Upon determination that the policy has been violated, the violator will be permanently banned from all CLUBHOOPS activities and from volunteering/working on behalf of the organization.
CLUBHOOPS will conduct a criminal background check on all prospective and current volunteers and employees when he/she is hired and every three years thereafter. If CLUBHOOPS learns of a prospective or current volunteer or employee who has been convicted of a crime that is sexual in nature involving an adult or a minor, that individual will be permanently banned from all CLUBHOOPS activities and from volunteering or working on behalf of CLUBHOOPS.
